Sharon Osbourne has sparked new surgery fears after admitting having the 'worst facelift ever'.
The 72-year-old looked visibly different as she was spotted shopping in LA on Wednesday, prompting fans to wonder if she had gone under the knife again. Her cheekbones appeared more defined and her eyebrow raised as she browsed items at designer department store Neiman Marcus.
It comes three years after Sharon, who is married to Black Sabbath rocker Ozzy Osbourne, revealed she had been left with a wonky face and looking like a 'cyclops' following a full face lift in December 2021.
Music manager Sharon - who has also admitted using Ozempic in the past, which is not meant for weight loss but celebs are using it because it has that effect - said the facelift, which took five hours, was the 'worst thing she ever did.'

BACKGRID)She told The Times Magazine: "I looked like Cyclops. I had one eye here and one eye there and my mouth was all skewwhiff, and then I had to wait for that to heal before I could go back and have it corrected."
Sharon has also been open about the fact she can't seem to put weight on after losing three stone on Ozempic, which is supposed to be a type 2 diabetes medication. She said: "Everybody was on it and I thought, ‘Well, I’ll have a bit of that.’ And so this is the outcome. I’ve lost 42lb. I can’t seem to put weight back on, which is a luxury, but also it’s like, be careful what you wish for.”
And it's not the first time Sharon has changed her appearance over the years. So far, it's thought she's had four face lifts, the first in 1987 followed by another in 2002, a lower facelift in 2019 which "left her looking like Elvis doing his trademark snarl" and the 2021 one.
She has also had Botox and fillers on her face, 'lifts' on her arms and legs, a tummy tuck after gastric-band surgery and breast implants which leaked. Coupled with her risk of cancer, she then underwent a double mastectomy. Other procedures include liposuction, an eye lift, vaginal cosmetic surgery and a "cheeky little neck lift" that gave her "the most fabulous décolletag."
"There’s not one part of my body that I haven't had twisted, lifted, elongated, whatever. I’ve been messed up many times," Sharon confessed.
Despite vowing she was "done" with plastic surgery back in 2012, it doesn't seem to be the case. At the time, she told her co-hosts on US show The Talk, she declared: "No more, because I have been looking at pictures of myself recently since I started to lose weight, and in a lot of shots, my face looks plastic and at certain angles I was like, 'Oh, dear. Oh, I should never have done that. Oh, that's a bad one.' So I'm like, 'No more. No more abuse.'"
But, seven years after her declaration, in 2019, Sharon debuted the results of a lower facelift, again on The Talk. She said: "It was five weeks today that I had my operation. I had my neck done, my jowls … He kind of pulled it from the top of my head and put an elastic band in it. But everything was just lifted up. So it looks more refreshed."
Back in 2007, Sharon revealed she had spent approximately £300,000 on plastic surgeries and 'tweakments', but that figure could be much closer to the £1 million mark now.
