Sister Wives’ Kody Brown and Robyn Brown Sell Their Home for $1.775M 2 Months After Listing

Sister Wives stars Kody Brown and Robyn Brown have sold their home two months after they put it on the market, In Touch can confirm.

The property in Flagstaff, Arizona, was sold for $1,775,000 on Monday, November 4, according to the online listing viewed by In Touch.

The sale comes after In Touch exclusively reported that Kody, 55, and Robyn, 45, listed their house for $1,650,000 on August 29. They took the property off the market in early October without selling it, though it’s not clear when they put the listing back up.

The house was built in 2007 and sits on a two-acre wooded lot “tucked away behind towering pines on a secluded ridge,” according to the listing. It includes five bedrooms and four bathrooms, and the property spans 4,476-square-feet.

Before their home was sold, In Touch confirmed that Kody and Robyn purchased a new six-bedroom, seven-bedroom home through their trust, White Stone Trust, on October 24. Their new property includes an additional guest home, a detached RV garage and space for seven cars.

Robyn is Kody’s last remaining wife following his splits from Christine Brown, Janelle Brown and Meri Brown.

After Christine, 52, ended their marriage in November 2021, she moved from Flagstaff to Utah with their youngest daughter, Truely. Christine filed a child support and custody lawsuit against Kody on the September 16 filing, and she asked the court to establish paternity of Truely, 13, because he wasn’t named on her birth certificate.

Additionally, she requested a domestic relations injunction that prevents both parties from harassment, domestic violence, canceling or modifying services, demeaning or disparaging the other party and taking the children for nonroutine travel without court orders or permission.

More than one month after the filing, In Touch confirmed that Kody hired a lawyer and filed a response to Christine’s lawsuit on October 23. However, it’s not clear how he responded since his filing was sealed.

After the lawsuit made headlines, Christine slammed Kody’s parenting skills while appearing on Radio Andy in October. After she was asked to describe her ex in three words, Christine responded, “Deadbeat dad … Sorry, that’s two, but that can be two,” she said. “Deadbeat dad and … oblivious.”

While Kody and Christine clearly have their issues, an insider exclusively told In Touch that the father of 18 and Robyn have also hit a rough patch in their marriage.

“Robyn may be Kody’s last wife standing, but that looks like it’s about to change,” a source exclusively told In Touch in September. “They’ve put their Flagstaff home on the market and the whispers are that it’s because Robyn wants out.”

The source added that the couple hasn’t “been the same since Meri, Janelle and Christine left him.”

“Robyn and Kody argue about small things that shouldn’t matter and they butt heads often,” the insider continued. “They’ve basically drifted apart. This is not the life Robyn envisioned. All the signs are there, a split is inevitable.”

According to the source, “Robyn doesn’t want drama with Kody.” Instead, she “wants to enjoy her kids and grandkids and live life peacefully.”
