Madison ‘Maddie’ Brush and her husband, Caleb, have been longtime Sister Wives stars. The duo are set to welcome a new arrival next year – their fourth child together. TLC viewers have essentially seen Caleb and Maddie grow up on the show and expand their family over the years.
Years back, the Sister Wives stars were throwing a big gender reveal for their whole family including Maddie’s parents Kody and Janelle Brown. These days, Maddie and Kody don’t appear to be on the best of terms. She and Caleb seem to be close with her mom, however. Janelle and Maddie are embracing life on a farm many miles away from Flagstaff, Arizona.

Sister Wives is pretty hectic viewing these days. Not only has Kody lost three of his four wives, but his daughter, Mykelti Padron, is eating her own placenta, and more of his kids aren’t on talking terms with him.
Some season 19 scenes see Robyn sobbing over her own upbringing when she attempts to get Kody to make contact with his kids.
Other moments have fans on tenterhooks as Mykelti navigates her pregnancy.

There is, thankfully, some heartwarming news coming from the Brown family these days, too.
Madison shares how she’s expecting another baby with husband Caleb and takes to Instagram to reveal the gender. The two are currently parents to son Axel, and daughters Evie and Josephine.
Fans are ‘relieved’ by Maddie’s update
As Maddie shares her baby’s gender with the world via Instagram, she also takes to her IG Stories to give fans more updates.
On a Reddit thread, fans discuss their “surprise” at hearing Maddie and Caleb were having their fourth child.
Maddie also says on her podcast, The Authentic Society, that she was “shocked and surprised” to find out she was pregnant, too. She explains she’s “done” after having her fourth baby.
Others say they are “relieved” to know the couple’s baby is healthy following Maddie’s updates on her anatomy scan.
A pleased Sister Wives fan comments: “Anatomy scan day can be so nerve-wracking, especially when you get concerning results. I’m glad to hear her little girl is growing.”
More are confused by Maddie’s baby name choices. One writes: “Didn’t Mykelti just name one of her boys Axel? Or am I crazy?”
Another responds: “Archer and Ace! A lot of ‘A’ boy names going on here!!”
Maddie and Caleb are yet to decide on their baby’s name. But, she says they’re currently “playing around” with the idea of a few.
