Tarek El Moussa just can’t escape his past romance!
On Instagram Sunday, the HGTV star posted a video where he was joined by his wife Heather Rae El Moussa for a trip to the hardware store. The short clip had text written over it which read:
“when you can’t even look at flooring without being reminded of your ex”
The couple then act out a fake argument while they notice the flooring they’re looking at is actually Christina Haack‘s (formerly Christina Hall) design. Tarek’s ex has her own Christina Flooring Collection, which Heather points out in the video. She then points at the “in stock” sign before the camera zooms in on a picture of the Christina By The Coast star. The caption of the video said:

The comments raved about this gag video, with many of them praising the couple for being good sports when it comes to co-parenting. Tarek and Christina have two kiddos together — Taylor, 13, and Brayden, 8:

Right as this video went live, Tarek and Heather revealed on their Stories they were actually on the way to Mexico for their third wedding anniversary vacation. Meanwhile, the Christina In The Country star is dealing with a messy divorce from her ex Josh Hall.
