Taylor Swift hit the NYC nightlife scene with country music royalty — Faith Hill.
On Sunday, November 19, the duo stepped out for a girls' night at Jean-Georges Vongerichten's exclusive new supper club, Chez Margaux, where they were joined by two of Swift's closest friends, Este Haim and Ashley Avignone.
Swift, 34, turned heads in a black-and-white plaid skirt and matching trench coat, paired with Gucci slingbacks and a Fendi Peekaboo bag. She wore her hair in loose waves, and for a pop of color, she ditched her signature red lip for a coral shade. Meanwhile, the 57-year-old "This Kiss" singer kept it classy in a black plunging blouse with trousers and gold jewelry.
Chez Margaux appears to be a favorite spot for the "Anti-Hero" icon, who was seen dining there earlier this month with Zoë Kravitz and Jerrod Carmichael. The outing came just days after the 35-year-old Blink Twice actress split from fiancé Channing Tatum.
Notably absent from the night was Swift's boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce, who has been busy with the NFL season. Though the pop sensation missed his November 17 game due to her Eras Tour in Toronto, she was seen cheering on her beau the week before from the VIP suite alongside her parents, Scott and Andrea Swift.
Shortly after fans caught wind of Taylor's outing with Hill, the internet lit up with speculation about a potential collaboration.
"My 90's/Early 00's Country AND TS-loving heart is going to burst!!!! I may just pass out if Faith Hill is on [Taylor's Version] Vault Songs!!!" one fan wrote on X (formerly Twitter).
"If Faith Hill is on Taylor Swift TV I'll actually have to make a deal with the devil to reincarnate my grandfather who was her #1 fan," joked another.
"Wait, I didn't even realize she was with Faith Hill omg debut TV collab incoming," chimed in third.
While there's no official word on whether Taylor and Hill will collaborate, Swifties have plenty of reasons to hope. The "Blank Space" singer has openly admired Hill and her husband, Tim McGraw, for years. Her very first single, "Tim McGraw," was inspired by the 57-year-old country star, and she even performed it with the couple during her Reputation World Tour in 2018. But that wasn't the first time she shared the stage with McGraw — the Grammy winner opened for him on Rascal Flatts' Still Feels Good Tour in 2008.
Taylor will return to Canada for her final performances in Toronto from November 21 to November 23, before moving on to Vancouver for her final three shows.
