Kailyn Lowry revealed she underwent breast reduction surgery after welcoming seven kids.
The “Teen Mom 2” alum took to her Instagram Story earlier this week to share a post-op selfie of herself sporting a supportive bra and holding up a peace sign, according to the TeenMomChatter Instagram page.
“4 days post op … Do you want to breast reduction videos?” she captioned the snap.
Lowry, 32, clarified the type of procedure she had after sharing she was fresh out of surgery in a selfie posted days before.
“Out of surgery; lots of videos to come,” she wrote alongside a photo of herself lying in bed.
The reality star went under the knife months after admitting she was too overweight for a breast augmentation procedure earlier this year.
“I want to get a boob job, right? I call around. I’m making these consultations to get a boob job. You know what they told me? They told me I need to lose 40 pounds,” Lowry said on her “Almost Famous” podcast in May.
“So 40 or 50 pounds, more like 50 but maybe get away with 40 pounds, before they can even operate on me.”
At the time, the MTV alum recalled “sobbing” during a phone call with a doctor’s office after seeking either a “breast reduction, implants, [or] lift.”

“I don’t even know if I can get my double chin done,” she added.
Earlier this year, Lowry admitted she wanted to try Ozempic injections to lose weight shortly after welcoming twins.
She previously transformed her figure in 2016 and got a Brazilian butt lift, as well as her stomach and breasts done.
“I was in the gym five days a week. If you’re going to get plastic surgery you have to maintain it,” Lowry said on her podcast.
A year after her body makeover, the mom of seven got pregnant with her son Lux.
Lowry is a mom to Isaac, 14, Lincoln, 11, Lux, 7, Creed, 4, Rio, 2, and fraternal twins Verse and Valley, 1, all of whom she shares with four different men.
