Actor Vanessa Kirby has reportedly got engaged to her partner Paul Rabil after two years together.
Vanessa, 36 - who portrayed the late Princess Margaret in Netflix's The Crown - has been romantically linked to the retired professional lacrosse player, 39, since 2022. They have largely kept their romance out of the spotlight, except for a few posts on Instagram, over the years since.
A source has now told PageSix that Vanessa and Paul - who is the co-founder of the Premier Lacrosse League - have got engaged. No further details have been reported and the couple have yet to address the news of an engagement. Following speculation in the months prior about a potential romance, Paul confirmed his relationship with Vanessa in November last year. He shared a sentimental caption alongside a series of photos of the acclaimed actor.
He revealed in the post on Instagram that they had met in the US on an undisclosed date. Paul didn't provide any further details to his followers at the time other than that the pair had crossed paths at some point in Iowa.
Alongside the photos, he suggested in the accompanying caption that life had become "more beautiful" with Vanessa in it. He wrote in the post last year: "From the very minute we first met in Des Moines, around the world and back, life is far better, more purposeful and more beautiful with you."

Instagram)The speculation comes amid production of an upcoming Fantastic Four film, with Vanessa set to play Sue Storm - also known as Invisible Woman - in the project. Marvel Studios announced that she would lead the cast of the Fantastic Four: First Steps alongside Pedro Pascal, Joseph Quinn and Ebon Moss-Bachrach back in February. Filming began earlier this year ahead of its release next year.
It's the latest high-profile project in Vanessa's career, following her role as Alanna Mitsopolis, also known as the White Widow, in the Mission: Impossible film series. She first appeared in Fallout (2018) before returning in Dead Reckoning (2023). She's expected to reprise the role in the Final Reckoning, which is set to be released next year.
Her other recent acting credits have included playing Empress Joséphine in Napoleon (2023) and Dora Strauch in Eden (2024). Her other upcoming projects include Night Always Comes, which is set to be released through Netflix.
Paul was a professional lacrosse player prior to his retirement in 2021, having played for teams like the Boston Cannons over the course of his career. He's also the founder and president of the Premier Lacrosse League.
