This Morning's Ashley James has been praised by fans as she flaunted her 'real' bikini body.
The former Made In Chelsea star is known to participate in the news review segments on the ITV daytime show.
Ashley, 37, is also known for her appearance on the 21st series of Celebrity Big Brother on Channel 5.
The former reality star gave birth to her second baby, a daughter Ada Isabella in 2023.
This was after she previously welcomed her three-year-old son Alfie with her partner of four-and-a-half years, named Tommy Andrews.
She has been enjoying a sun-filled break in Crete with her partner and children but the star took to social media with a candid video.

Ashley showed off her natural curves as she sported a baby blue and white bikini in an Instagram montage.
In the caption, she wrote a long essay promoting body positivity as she soaked up the picturesque views of the Aegean Sea in Greece.
The This Morning personality confessed: "Sometimes I feel silly doing posts like this these days, but then I think back to the girl and woman I was who would torture herself over every zoomed in part of her body - and I do it for her. For you, if that’s still you.
"See for the last few years I’d say I hand on heart love my body. Which is ironic in some ways that it’s the oldest it’s been, I’ve birthed and breastfed two kids, and I’m not the smallest version of myself - like back when I was modelling.
"Basically all the things were made to fear as women - being older, children “ruining” your body, not trying to be small, deflated and empty b00bs.
The star admitted that she has now learned to not only accept her figure, but also to love her shape.

Ashley continued: "What I’ve learned is that feeling sexy and confident doesn’t come from being the smallest and shrunken version of yourself with zero “flaws”, but from just learning to accept yourself."
"So when I think about doing these sort of posts, I cringe a bit, but I look around at diet culture and talk of Ozempic, and a return to “skinny” as a trend and I think it’s important to keep pointing it out. Keep fighting."
She added: "I remember being the young girl in my 20s sat on a beach in dubai covering my body with a towel because I was worried about my “belly”, my body hair, my ingrown hairs.
"Looking back of course I looked incredible, but when we obsess over shrinking ourselves and zoom in on every detail we never see it!

"Now I live a life free from restrictions and diets and I exercise for fun and not punishment and I wish I could have had this confidence when I was younger.
"How different life could have been. Now I love my body, not because of how it looks but because of everything it lets me do. I want that for everyone."
Fans flooded the comments section with gushing praise for the presenter.
One wrote: "You are amazing!!!! I so appreciate these honest posts!! Thank you."

"Such a lovely post, I feel the same, thank you for being so real," stated a third.
