Former This Morning doc Dr Ranj Singh has been sharing some seriously loved-up snaps with his new beau, giving fans a sneak peek into his romantic life. The telly favourite and healthcare pro celebrated the New Year surrounded by friends and family, but it was his new man who stole the spotlight.

Snapped in a cosy embrace, Dr Ranj locked lips with his new boyfriend as they partied away the holiday season.

The lucky lad is none other than James Colebrook, who boasts a profile packed with talents – he's a presenter, actor, fitness aficionado, and a gaming enthusiast. Taking to Instagram, Dr Ranj couldn't help but "hard launching" his fresh romance, ready to kick off 2025 with a bang.

"I think this is what the kids call a 'hard launch'," he shared, before dropping a truth bomb: "Sometime the universe gives you what you NEED, rather than what you WANT. Starting 2025 the way it was meant to be. Happy new year love!"

This comes after Dr Ranj shared that he had been rushed to hospital due to a nasty injury. He posted a picture of himself with bandages on Instagram and captioned it: "Not quite how I planned to spend my Saturday night."

His followers were quick to express their concern. In a follow-up post, he explained: "I slipped and face-planted the pavement." He continued: "Earned myself five lovely stitches. All sorted though! Thank you for the messages of concern."

Earlier this year, Dr Ranj announced his next career move, which he described as an "absolute dream come true". He will be joining the cast of the musical 'and Juliet' for its upcoming UK and Ireland tour, playing the role of Lance. "I am absolutely overjoyed to be making my musical theatre debut in and Juliet, a show I've been a fan of since it first opened," he said while sharing the exciting news.

"I know it's a bit of a change from my usual work but not many people will know how hard I've been working behind the scenes to make this happen and it's an absolute dream come true. I can't wait to work with the incredible Luke Sheppard [Director] and the entire creative team and have the time of my life this year, showing the UK what I'm made of alongside an exceptionally talented and diverse cast. Bring it on."
