Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix’s House ‘Going on the Market’ After Long Battle

4 weeks ago 6

Back in the innocent days of 2019, life was very different than now. Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix were still, for all we knew, a happy couple buying their first home together. Vanderpump Rules was just another little spinoff show until March 2023, when Scandoval blew up the Internet.

For the following year and a half, Tom refused to sell the home to which he’d made so many custom modifications. Ariana wanted to sell and leave all her painful memories behind, but Tom had hopes of somehow buying her out and keeping the property.

Instead, they cohabitated for months under super uncomfortable conditions, communicating only through their shared personal assistant, Ann Maddox. As Ariana told Andy Cohen in the Pump Rules Season 10 reunion, the former couple “avoid[ed] run-ins at all costs.”

Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix’s dream home is up for sale at last

“The house is going on the market,” Tom shared on the October 24 episode of his questionably named podcast, Everybody Loves Tom.

“[We’re] selling the house, getting it ready,” he confirmed before announcing that he and his girlfriend of nearly one year, Victoria Lee Robinson, are “moving in together.”

Back in May 2023, everyone wondered why Ariana stayed in the house with her ex rather than finding a more peaceful place to live. “I can’t afford to do that,” she explained to the Los Angeles Times. “I pay a hefty mortgage. We are 50/50 on that, and I’m not going to shell out more money because of someone else’s sh*t. And I have my dog and my cat, and I’m not gonna leave them there by themselves.”

At a VPR Season 11 premiere event in January 2024, Ariana told People, “I’m just really motivated to be able to get my investment that I made into the house out so that I can make another investment and be able to fully just move on.”

At one point, Tom shared with Bravo’s Daily Dish that he had “lawyers draft a letter of intent to buy Ariana out of the house for top market value,” but he never heard back from her. Ariana brushed off the offer, accusing Tom of “making up dollar amounts” for the value of the house.

Tom even talked about having his buddy and business partner, Tom Schwartz, move in with him and pay rent. But Ariana wasn’t in favor of that arrangement, and it never panned out. “He broke the home,” she explained in a VPR interview. “He doesn’t get to do that and then just like, I don’t know, keep it.”

All episodes of Vanderpump Rules are streaming on Peacock.
