I'm A Celebrity star Tulisa Contostavlos took a savage swipe at her pals when she wiped her Instagram page of everything related to the jungle.
The N-Dubz star, 36, was the third campmate to be voted out off the show after Jane Moore and Dean McCullough - and appeared visibly surprised to be sent packing.
After telling Ant and Dec "it was hard in there", the 'female boss' wasted no time in distancing herself from the show and deleted every I'm A Celeb post from her Instagram page. Tulisa also swerved the ITV2 spin-off show, Unpacked, and failed to greet fellow campmate, Melvin Odoom, when he got the boot on Tuesday.
She has now broken her silence to explain her behaviour, admitting she felt overwhelmed after being "bombarded" on social media and wanted to take some time out.
"I can get overwhelmed quite easily and started to feel overwhelmed. I realised I needed to take time for myself, and to chill, it's all a little bit much at the moment,"she said.
The star then explained why she'd deleted her social posts and said her page - which was run by pals while she was in camp - is not how she would have done things.
"I'm just going to archive all my stuff to do with the jungle and then, when the time is right and I've had time to process, I'm going to make my own reels of my best bits that I really like. Because remember, I haven't been doing my Instagrams. The way it's being posted and all the random stuff is not how I would do my Insta - I would have one or two really good reels relating to the jungle and bringing my time together there."

ITV)Fans were sent into a frenzy following the singer's "bizarre" behaviour after the show and wondered whether everything was ok with the Camden-born star.
After she failed to turn up for Unpacked, some thought Tulisa's absence spoke volumes. A source told the Mirror it was due to "personal reasons". However, Mirror I'm A Celebrity columnist, Nicola McClean, told us she thinks Tulisa is "p****d off with the edit because she didn't get any air time", explaining: "It's bizarre.. It cant be personal reasons as in anything bad because she’s deleted everything off her social media." She added: "Everyone knows I love Tulisa, so I'm intrigued to find out what’s gone on."
Alluding to her 10-year hiatus from the spotlight, Tulisa pointed out she was still adjusting to the limelight as she told her followers from her hotel room in Australia: "It's been a bit of a while for me, I can get overwhelmed quite easily and I just started to feel a bit overwhelmed. And I was like, do you know what? I need to just take a little bit of time for me to chill."
She concluded: "I just really wanted to clear up the reasons why that I did that and just be honest - it's OK to feel a little bit overwhelmed. I've been out of the spotlight for a long time and I'm still trying to overcome those things, I've got my demons. It doesn't mean I'm going to hide behind a rock for another 10 years, it just means I need a little bit of time to process it and get right with my thoughts."
