The Real Housewives on New York Cityâs Dorinda Medley may have left the show, but she still attracts drama. She had to call police after a home intruder said, âHey, Dorinda,â and scared the life out of her.
Dorinda Medley hears home intruder
Dorinda Medley is convinced she heard a home intruder call out to her at Bluestone Manor. Her neighbour had just come over for drinks, but when she left, Dorinda carried on drinking.
While taking her dog Parsley for their last little walk, she hears, âHey, Dorinda,â which stops her in her tracks. The voice was coming from her pool area, but she was hesitant to acknowledge it.
She told SiriusXM: âAt first, I thought, âOh my god.â I had a couple glasses of wine and Iâm like, âDonât be ridiculous,â and then the next time they said it, it was closer.â

The first time, she was able to brush it off, but when she heard the same voice call out again, she felt âscaredâ but couldnât see the alleged intruder who she believes made it into the pool area of her home.
âLuckily I know all the policemen and everyone âcause I grew up there, but the truth is, when Iâm up there by myself, I donât hang out outside by myself. Iâm very careful. I have every alarm on, every light,â she said.
Dorinda immediately called the police, who came with their equipment, but they told her, âIf someone really wanted to attack you, they wouldnât announce themselves.â
She claimed that, by the time police arrived, the so-called intruder had completely disappeared. âYou canât catch anyone âcause by the time they get up to the hill, theyâre back,â Medley added.
The reality star continued, âThe thing about being on a large property and being by yourself, you canât get sloppy. You donât want to be wandering, sitting. What if someone just came up and snatched me?â
