Dorit Kemsley is back to her usual self as she navigates her son’s terrifying health scare. The RHOBH star’s 10-year-old was hospitalized for two weeks and had to undergo two surgeries.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star faced a difficult past month. Dorit Kemsley faced the trauma of her young son having two surgeries in hospital, but she now “feels like herself again”.
Dorit Kemsley’s ‘courageous’ son had surgery
Dorit is “so proud” of her 10-year-old son, Jagger, for overcoming a recent health scare. He had two surgeries in the space of a week for a septic hip, and was recovered in time for Halloween.
They had a set back just when they thought the two-week hospital run was over, but her “brave, courageous little boy is a fighter” which made their Halloween “extra special” as a family.
Although Dorit and PK Kemsley announced their separation earlier this year, they often spend time with their kids together. In the trailer for the upcoming season, Dorit tells PK, “We’re talking five times a day.”
RHOC star feels like herself again
Dorit has revealed she’s feeling back to her usual self again while promoting menopause supplements. She claims she no longer experiences hot flushes, bloating or mood swings as a result.
At the end of October, she wrote of her menopauseexperience, “My perimenopausal journey began earlier than expected because of my ptsd and I had no idea what was happening to my body.”
“I was shocked to discover how little I knew about perimenopause and menopause and what happens when our hormones are off balance,” she added while promoting the brand.
Now a shareholder and VP of the Better Menopause advisory board in the US, she has a goal. “I look forward to aid in their mission to help women find comfort, support and strength in this phase.”
