Victoria Beckham’s eating habits are “easy,” says her friend Eva Longoria.
The “Desperate Housewives” alum revealed to the Daily Mail in an interview published Thursday that she and the model “eat the same breakfast.”
The actress, 50, explained, “We both love egg whites and avocado. … She makes great egg whites and avocado.”
Longoria doubled down on Beckham’s diet not being “difficult.”
The Golden Globe nominee also noted that the 50-year-old eats grilled fish and vegetables for dinner — which David Beckham previously detailed on a “Ruthie’s Table 4” podcast episode.
“Since I met her … she will very rarely deviate from that,” the retired athlete, 49, told listeners in January 2022, joking that Victoria has “eaten the same thing for the last 25 years.”

David — who shares Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 22, Cruz, 19, and Harper, 13, with his wife — recalled, “The only time she’s probably ever shared something that’s been on my plate was actually when she was pregnant with Harper.”
After calling this memory “the most amazing thing” and “one of [his] favorite evenings,” he clarified that the fashion designer has “not eaten it since.”
Victoria opened up about her “very disciplined” diet in May.
“That’s just who I am,” the former Spice Girls member told Grazia at the time. “This is how I look. I’m going to make the best of it.”
However, she isn’t worried about calories in glasses of wine and believes that “life is too short” to not “have a nice time.”
Victoria made it clear elsewhere in the conversation that she doesn’t let comments about her weight and appearance “bother” her.
In September 2019, Victoria stressed the importance of daily avocados in her diet while chatting with The Telegraph.
She told the outlet that she eats three to four to maintain “glowy” skin — and reiterated this to Net-A-Porter the following year.
“When I do eat well, I see the difference in my skin,” she said in June 2020. “My eyes are whiter and sparklier and I have so much more energy.”
