Renowned for her strict eating regimen, the mother-of-four who marked her significant birthday alongside her former Spice Girls bandmates, has often been in the limelight for her disciplined approach to food.

Reports have long circulated that Victoria has remained loyal to the same meal daily for 25 years. David Beckham let slip during an episode of the River Cafe's Table 4 podcast: "Only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables; she will very rarely deviate from that".

Yet, the fashion icon has recently provided clarity regarding her diet, affirming that she's discovered a happy medium between healthy living and indulging in life's pleasures.

Revealing the essence of her enviable fitness regime, she admitted: "This is how I look. I'm going to make the best of it, work hard at it. I'm very disciplined with the way that I eat, the way that I work out and the way I work. That's just who I am."

Expanding on her philosophy, she added: "But I do like to have a drink and I'm not going to be one of these, 'Ah, there are too many calories in a glass of wine,' types. Whatever. Life's too short. Let's have a nice time," as reported by Grazia magazine.

Opening up about the toll that public commentary has taken on her comfort to relish simple joys like beach time with her kids, the ex-pop star turned designer revealed the harsh effect of body scrutiny.

Speaking out about the personal impact of public scrutiny, she disclosed: "I've had so much said about me and I'm sure that has robbed me of some experiences. Reflecting on her early days of motherhood and the glare of the media spotlight, Victoria shared her experience following the birth of her first son, Brooklyn, stating: "I remember after I had Brooklyn, my first outing was on the front page of the newspaper, with arrows pointing to where I needed to lose weight. Those things can affect how you feel and conduct yourself in public. Now, if paparazzi want to take a picture and say something too bad, it doesn't bother me in the same way."

In a light-hearted TikTok video two years prior, Victoria poked fun at her Posh Spice persona. She humorously prompted: "Tell me you're Posh without telling me you're Posh. I'll go first," and then displayed enjoyment as a waiter presented her meal of grilled fish and steamed vegetables, adding cheerfully: "I love it!"

During a frank conversation with Net-A-Porter, Victoria talked about her approach to dining, admitting: "I'm flexible with regards to food, as David and I are very sociable, and we like to eat out."

She also shared the noticeable advantages that come with a healthy diet, concluding: "But when I do eat well, I see the difference in my skin my eyes are whiter and sparklier and I have so much more energy."
