Internet icon and people's princess Moo Deng has taken a swing at predicting who's going to win the 2024 United States election.
An adorable pygmy hippo, Moo Deng, whose name translates to 'bouncy pork,' shot to internet stardom earlier this year after zookeeper Atthapon Nundee started posting videos of her hanging around her enclosure…bathing, eating, biting everyone and anything.
Born around four months ago at the Khao Kheow Open Zoo in Chonburi, Thailand, Moo Deng swiftly became a viral meme, inspiring sketches on Saturday Night Live and single handedly launching her own fandom for pygmy hippos.

Now, the queen of all hippos has seemingly predicted who is going to win tomorrow's election.
In a video reportedly filmed on Monday (November 4), Moo Deng was offered two watermelon fruit cakes with presidential candidates Donald Trump and Kamala Harris' names carved out in Thai.
The baby hippo proceeded to walk toward the watermelon with Trump's name, and was blissfully unaware of all the chaos she was about to wreck while simply trying to enjoy a midday snack.
"Moo Deng is OVER," a former (?) fan immediately wrote on Twitter after Moo Deng's prediction dropped. "I never trusted that hippo," added another.
"Me working overtime to clear Moo Deng's name because I know she would never vote for a republican," wrote another alarmed Moo Deng fan.
Although a seemingly large part of Moo Deng's fanbase seem to be upset with her prediction, others have come to her defense.

"All the over emotional people are mad over an animal who just wants to eat," wrote one Moo Deng defender, afterall, she is in fact a pygmy hippo who just wanted fruit.
"She's just a baby she doesn't know about politics please just give her a break," wrote another Moo Deng fan in all caps.
Moo Deng's prediction comes on the heels of national polls showing a tight race between Trump and Harris who are currently neck-and-neck.
The latest average of national polls, collated by FiveThirtyEight, shows Harris leading with a point and a half difference.
Whether or not Moo Deng is right is just something we're all going to have to wait for tomorrow.
