Vivo Y18t with 50-megapixel dual rear camera setup launched in India

Vivo today officially released Vivo Y18t in the Indian market. The new device is priced under 10k. It is powered by Unisoc T612 chipset and operates on Funtouch OS 14 based on Android 14. The device features a dual rear camera setup led by a 50-megapixel main camera. The smartphone also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and packs a 5,000mAh battery.

The Vivo Y18t will be available in a single 4GB RAM with 128GB storage priced at Rs 9,499. The device is being offered in two colour options Gem Green and Space Black. The newly launched smartphone can be purchased via Flipkart as well as via the company’s official website in the country.

Vivo Y18t features a 6.56-inch HD+ LCD display with 720×1,612 pixels of resolution. The screen has support for up to 90Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness level of 840nits. It also comes with 269ppi pixel density. The phone comes pre-installed with Android 14-based Funtouch OS 14 out of the box. Under the hood, there is a Unisoc T612 chipset along with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and eMMC 5.1. The internal storage can be extended via a microSD card, while the RAM can also be expanded up to 8GB virtually.

For the photos and videos Vivo Y18t is highlighted with a dual rear camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 0.08-megapixel secondary camera along with a flashlight. The device also includes an 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calling.

The Vivo Y18t houses a 5,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support.
