Warwick Davis discusses his dwarfism on Loose Women
British actor Warwick Davis, who is known for his roles in Harry Potter, Star Wars, and Willow, was left over £500,000 by his wife Samantha when she died.
The actress tragically died in March at the age of 53 after unnamed health complications that were related to her contracting sepsis in 2018.
The couple had been together for over three decades when Samantha lost her life.
They met on the set of Disney+ period fantasy Willow when Warwick was just 17.
Samantha, fondly nicknamed Sammy, was not only Warwick’s lifelong partner but also his greatest supporter.

According to legal documents seen by The Sun, Samantha left an estate behind that was valued at £536,830, with Warwick as the sole trustee.
Her will, which was first drafted in 1998, remained unchanged throughout her life.
The couple got married in 1991, and went on to share a home near Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
During their life together they had three children: Annabelle, 27, Harrison, 21, and Lloyd, who died when he was nine days old due to health complications linked to his parents’ conditions.

Warwick has spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia congenita, and Samantha lived with achondroplasia.
Their genetic disorders, which both cause dwarfism, meant the pair faced unique challenges in their family life.
Besides grieving Lloyd, the couple also had to cope with losing another baby boy 19 weeks into Samantha’s pregnancy.

Warwick and Samantha dedicated their lives to supporting others with similar conditions.
In 2012, the couple founded Little People UK, which is a charity that aims to raise funds for people with dwarfism.
The actors have supported hundreds of families through the charity, raising awareness for conditions Warwick once described as feeling like “the worst flu you’ve had, every day.”
In recent years, Samantha faced significant health struggles, particularly after a bout of sepsis in 2018 that impacted her mobility.
Despite these difficulties, she always maintained a strong bond with Warwick, and he has wistfully looked back on their marriage saying: “She was my most trusted confidante and an ardent supporter of everything I did in my career.”
Following her death, Warwick paid heartfelt tribute to his wife’s kindness and empathy, calling her a “passionate” advocate for those in need.
“She had time for everyone and a genuine listening ear,” he added.
