Despite being separated for several years, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith still get together every now and then.

The couple appeared to share a rare dinner together on Thursday, November 7 at Crossroads Restaurant in Calabasas, a popular spot that is co-owned by Travis Barker. In the photos obtained by E! News, Will, 56, wore a white T-shirt and green button-down, while Jada, 53, kept it simple with a tan Gucci jacket and jeans.

According to the outlet, as the pair left the restaurant, Jada affectionately wrapped her arm around Will, and the two exchanged hugs with a friend.

The last time the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air alum and his wife reunited publicly was in May 2024 at the Los Angeles premiere of the actor's movie, Bad Boys: Ride or Die. They were joined by their children — Jaden Smith, 26, and Willow Smith, 24, as well as Will's son Trey Smith, 31, from his previous marriage to Sheree Zampino. That occasion also marked the first time Will and Jada appeared together after she revealed their long-standing separation in 2023 in her memoir, Worthy.

In an interview with Today in October 2023, Jada opened up about the difficulties in their marriage, stating, "By the time we got to 2016, we were just exhausted with trying... we were both stuck in our fantasy of what we thought the other person should be."

Despite living in separate homes within the same neighborhood, Jada has made it clear that she isn't interested in divorce. "I made a promise that there will never be a reason for us to get a divorce," she explained in the interview, adding, "We will work through whatever."

Will, who made headlines in 2022 after his Oscars incident with Chris Rock when the comedian joked about Jada's hair (otherwise known as "the slap"), has also expressed his commitment to Jada. In an event promoting her book, he described her to The Baltimore Banner as "the best friend I have ever had on this planet and I am going to show up for her and support her for the rest of my life."

The duo got married in 1997 and according to Jada, have been separated since 2016.
