Quarterback Brock Purdy, tight end George Kittle, and running back Isaac Guerendo were in the picture when Bosa popped in the background. He went on to show off his hat that read "Make America Great Again."
His teammates seemed a little shocked about the decision but proceeded to continue with the interview.
After the game, Bosa was asked about the statement he was trying to make while wearing the hat. He didn't go too much into it but did comment on the matter.
"I'm not gonna talk too much about it," Bosa said, "but I think it's an important time."
Bosa has long been a supporter of former President Donald Trump but has toned things down a little, especially on social media. Being drafted by the 49ers, Bosa understood that he may need to cool it with his rhetoric.
"I had to," Bosa said to ESPN in 2019. "There is a chance I might end up in San Francisco."
The 2024 Presidential election is a little over a week away and the 49ers don't have a game until after it's over. Bosa was showing support for his candidate and sent a message after the big win.
The veteran pass rusher has been one of the better defenders in the NFL since being picked by the 49ers No. 2 overall in 2019. He has helped San Francisco reach the Super Bowl twice while winning multiple individual awards.
This includes him winning the Defensive Player of the Year award in 2022, leading the league with 18.5 sacks. He has put fear into opposing teams each time he takes the field and was big in the 49ers getting the win over the Cowboys.
San Francisco now holds a record of 4-4 on the season after a tough start to the year. They have battled through multiple key injuries throughout the season and it has caused issues on the field.
Despite this, the 49ers are tied for the lead in the NFC East division. It has been a challenging year for San Francisco but they are right in the thick of the playoff hunt.
The next game for San Francisco is on Nov 10. when they travel to face the Buccaneers in Tampa Bay.
