50 Cent and Young Buck are beefing once again over money the Nashville rapper allegedly owes his former boss.
50 says that even though Young Buck claims he paid 50 Cent the $250,000 owed, he has no proof of receipt and that the debt is still outstanding.
Buck says that the $250,000 record deal and the $30,000 advance was never paid to him so he does not owe 50 the coins.
“The contract in question is unenforceable under New York law,” the court docs read. “For a contract to be enforceable under New York law, there must be a clear meeting of the minds on all material terms, and any conditions precedent must be satisfied.”
Buck has spoken about the lawsuit in the past.
“They stopped him from being able to cease-and-desist in regards to me being able to,” Buck prevously said about the legal battle. “I included what he claimed that I owed him in the bankruptcy to be able to say, ‘Well hey, if you’re owed this and present whatever receipts or whatever… You will be paid type of situation.’ But that was the only way I was able to go forward with working.”
