The singer said she wanted to do something else in entertainment now her residency in Sin City has finished, but anticipated her becoming a croupier. After finishing her gigs over the weekend, she has released her own card game, which she “drunkenly” invented one night with her friend.
The Love Is a Game singer has named her new box of tricks after her hit, and reveals that she and her friend, Jedidiah Jenkins came up with the concept “one drunken evening”.
The “conversation starter” is broken into five categories: “To Be Loved’, “Who Am Eye”, “Hopes, Fears, and Fate”, “When We Were Young” and “ A Drunk Tongue Is An Honest Tongue”.
She includes dice for the £20 box set, which would feel at home on the craps table at the Colosseum where her residency has just come to an end after 50 weeks.
Adele is selling her new game as well as some confetti than rained down on audiences at her shows. She told the audience at her final show: “This resi- dency went on to mirror what 30 was about, lost and broken to healed and thriving.
“Seems so fitting in the end. The only thing left to do in this case is move on.”
She has warned she may step away from music “for an incredibly long time” to live a “new life”, so it’s a good job we have a card game to keep us occupied.
