All the behind-the-scenes Grammys and after party moments you missed

The 2025 Grammy Awards were packed with stellar performances, spectacular fashion and lots of awards given out.

But there were some moments that didn't make it to the live broadcast.

The Grammys was stacked with performances from the many A-listers in the room, including from singer Janelle Monáe.

As part of the awards show's tribute segment to the late Quincy Jones, Monáe performed Michael Jackson's hit track, Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough.

But there was one seemingly unplanned moment with another star.

At one point in the performance, Monáe took off her jacket and threw it into the crowd of superstars.

It turns out, one very big name caught the jacket. Any guesses who?

Taylor Swift was the lucky lady to catch the costume.

Swift was seen wearing said jacket for the rest of the show over the red glittering Vivienne Westwood dress she arrived to the event in.

Charli XCX was another star to take to the stage on the night, delivering a memorable performance of her track, Von Dutch.

But did you catch the familiar faces who joined her on stage?

The singer started her performance backstage with surprise cameos from models Alex Consani and Gabbriette Bechtel, who strutted next to her down a hallway.

Also on the stage was another famous model, Julia Fox.

During her performance, Charli gave a shoutout to Fox, noting it was her birthday that day.

Consani shared this behind the scenes photos of her and Bechtel to her Instagram Story in the outfits they wore for Charli's Grammys performance.

Bechtel also happens to be engaged to Matty Healy, who is in the band The 1975 with Charli's fiancé, George Daniel.

In a video circulating on X (formerly Twitter), fans spotted the off-camera moment when Wicked star Cynthia Erivo was trying to find her seat while host Trevor Noah was speaking on camera.

In the clip, superstar Taylor Swift spotted Erivo and waved to get her attention, ushering her over.

The Cruel Summer singer then moved over and patted her seat, motioning for Erivo to share it with her. 

While some stars walked the red carpet with their significant other, there were a couple of surprise plus ones we didn't see until the show kicked off.

One of these was Charli XCX's fiancé, George Daniel.

Charli XCX was pictured sitting next to Daniel, who is best know as the drummer in the band The 1975, at her table for the Grammys ceremony.

The 365 singer posted this iconic backstage photo of her and Daniel to Instagram after the awards show to celebrate her major win on the night.

"We've won 3 grammys! this is for all of you who've been with me through years and years of this never really being a thing for us.. i hope i made you proud this year <3 i love you all so much," Charli wrote.

The Brat superstar also shared this behind-the-scenes selfie taken by her friend and collaborator Troye Sivan from during the Grammys.

Charli sat between Sivan and Daniel in what is a very star-studded photo. 

Another star to bring a surprise date for the awards ceremony was pop star Olivia Rodrigo.

While the Vampire singer walked the red carpet solo, once inside the event she was spotted with her boyfriend Louis Partridge on her arm.

This marks a rare public appearance for the duo who have been romantically linked since late 2023.

While she wasn't at the actual Grammys, Paris Jackson did stop by the 6th Jam For Janie Grammy Awards Viewing Party Presented By Live Nation at the Hollywood Palladium with a special guest.

Jackson was pictured looking loved up at the event with her fiancé Justin Long.

We love an outfit change!

Miley Cyrus walked the red carpet in a leather halterneck dress from Saint Laurent. But later in the night, she changed into this sheer little black dress.

Here the superstar is pictured posing with her mum Tish Cyrus.

Every time we looked, Taylor Swift seemed to be having a ball at the Grammys.

At one point in the evening, the superstar was seen talking to Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys sons Genesis, 10, and Egypt, 14.

Beatz shared this wholesome photo of the superstar meeting up with the family during the show.

But there was one particularly wholesome moment that happened next. 

Beatz captured this adorable interaction between his younger son and Swift, who danced together in the crowd while Shakira performed in the background.

"Gen & @taylorswift jamming," he captioned the video posted to his Instagram Story.

Simply too cute to handle!

Willow Smith found a quick and fun way to travel around the Crypto.com Arena.

The star was pictured taking a selfie while getting a piggy back from her dad Will Smith.

You can also spot her brother Jaden in the background, who arrived to the Grammys wearing a very out there castle headpiece.

While Chappell Roan took home the Best New Artist win for the night, there seemed to be nothing but love between her and fellow nominee Sabrina Carpenter.

Photographers captured this wholesome exchange between Roan and Carpenter.

What a star-stacked photo!

Sabrina Carpenter was pictured mid-conversation with Wicked actress Cynthia Erivo, all while receiving a hug from another famous star, Lady Gaga.
