The famous Cuban-Spanish actress, Ana de Armas, seems to have a new love interest, with a controversial character. Ana was spotted during what appears to be a romantic date with Manuel Anido Cuesta, stepson of Cuban dictator Miguel Diaz-Canel, during a stay in Madrid last week.
The couple looked in love as they walked home after having a romantic dinner and once home, they took the actress' dog, named 'Salsa', for a walk. During this walk, they both lean in for a kiss as they stopped on the sidewalk.
The 36-year-old was wrapped up in a white wool coat, dark jeans and black boots, while her boyfriend was dressed all in black.
The failed romance between Ana de Armas and Ben Affleck
Although it is unclear how they met or when their romance began, a Cuban influencer named Alexander Otaola claimed that the two became romantically involved in May. Although Ana has sought to keep her private life out of the public eye, especially after her relationship with Ben Affleck ended in late 2020.
Affleck, 52, and Ana de Armas met in 2019 while filming 'Deep Water', where they played a married couple. The romance became the sensation during the pandemic.
However, after their breakup, in the public eye, Ana admitted that this was the trigger for her decision to leave Los Angeles and move to the East Coast. "Going through it [myself] confirmed my thoughts that 'this is not the place for me'", she told Elle in 2022. "It got a little too much. There's no escape. There's no way out."
She later began dating Tinder executive Paul Boukadakis in June 2021, after they met through mutual friends and fell in love very quickly. The couple then moved to New York before de Armas got a $7 million home in rural Vermont in late 2022.
It is not known exactly when this relationship ended, due to the private nature of their relationship. However, they were last photographed together in April 2023.
For this same reason, not much is known about this new romance in the life of the beautiful Cuban woman, as she does not have public accounts on social networks.
