Singer Anne Marie has spoke out for the first time since Slowthai was cleared of raping two fans.
Anne-Marie had stood by her husband's side as he faced court over the allegations from an alleged incident in September 2021. The Grammy-nominated rapper - whose real name is Tyron Frampton - was cleared of any wrong-doing earlier this month.
Now, Anne-Marie, 33, has shared a number of images to social media, including some alongside her rapper husband. She described this year as her "hardest year" on Instagram.
She wrote: "2024 the most beautiful yet hardest year of our lives. God really tryina see how strong I am hahaha. I miss you all and I love you all more than you’ll ever know. I have SO MUCH for you in the new year that you’ll probably be sick of me (please don’t be) have the best break if you can and see you soon."
Among the images was a polaroid of Anne Marie pregnant. The post had been liked by thousands of her followers, including fellow singers Jessie J and former Little Mix star Jade Thirlwall.
On December 16, Slowthai was cleared in Oxford Crown Court as jurors came back after more than ten hours of deliberation. His co-accused Alex Blake-Walker, 27, was also cleared of one count of sexual assault. The jury returned their verdicts following a two-week trial during which it was alleged the two defendants assaulted two women in the early hours of September 8, 2021.
Anne Marie surprised her fans with the announcement earlier this year that she had secretly wed the rapper in 2022. The Friends singer then revealed just days later that they had welcomed their first child together.

PA)It's unclear exactly when the pair initially met or became romantically involved. However, it's thought it would have been in the mid-2022 region due to the fact Frampton was previously engaged to and has one child with model Katya Kischuk. They had split earlier that year.
They kept their relationship under wraps initially. For eight months after first being spotted, the duo remained tight lipped. However, in February 2023 when Frampton sat down with Rolling Stone he revealed he had been spending most of his time in Anne Marie's hometown of Essex and confessed the pair "talk and vent about stuff" together.
He continued to say that he loved his time with her and said being able to joke around gave him a "high". He went on: "You either get on like a house on fire with some people, or you don't. And some people feel like they're part of the furniture, that they've always been around and known you."
