Ariana Grande and Ethan Slater are going strong after over a year of dating — and she still goes wild over his photos.
On Tuesday, December 17, the actor, 32, took to Instagram to share photos from his recent Schön! Magazine. In the photos, Slater looks dashing in a long overcoat and scarf in black-and-white images photographed by Tyler Patrick Kenny.
Grande, 31, saw the photos and was immediately stunned.
In one comment, the "We Can't Be Friends" hitmaker called the SpongeBob SquarePants: The Broadway Musical actor "the Buster Keaton of today!"
For those who don't know, Keaton was a film actor known for his stunts and physical comedy in silent films from the 1920s.
In another comment, Grande simply wrote "!!! ♡," expressing her excitement and love.
Though they likely save their more emotional expressions for themselves, the two have occasionally spoken highly of each other and their musical and theatrical crafts in interviews.
Back in September, Grande spoke highly of her man to Vanity Fair, noting his kindness and graciousness.
"No one on this earth tries harder or spreads themselves thinner to be there for the people that he loves and cares about," Grande said. "There is no one on this earth with a better heart, and that is something that no bullshit tabloid can rewrite in real life."
In a November interview with E! News, Slater spoke to Grande's duality and nuance, noting how well she does as both a vocalist and an on-screen performer.
"She's incredible," said Slater of Grande. "She's not a singer who wants to be an actress or an actress who wants to be a singer. She's just the best of both."
Fans can join in on the Wicked fun this Christmas Day, Wednesday, December 25, as several theaters across the world are showing special sing-a-long screenings of the movie musical.
