Brooklyn Beckham has revealed the odd way he chooses to detox just hours after revealing that he's previously eaten cod sperm as part of his health kick

Brooklyn Beckham has shared his unusual way to kick back and detox.

The nepo-baby, 25, has taken to social media to share how helps his body and get back to full health. It comes just hours after the eldest child of David and Victoria Beckham, 25, revealed that he has previously indulged on cod sperm – and he has no regrets about his choices.

Brooklyn shared a snap with his 16.5 million followers after undergoing a relaxing form of therapy, which dates back hundreds of years. Nicola Peltz's husband had a cupping therapy session and was keen to document his experience with his online followers. Cupping therapy is an ancient Chinese body work technique.

Used as an alternative to medicine, a suction cup is placed on the skin before the air is drawn out – either by using heat or a suction gun. Cupping assists reducing pain, inflammation, increasing blood flow and reducing stress. The cups are often made out of silicone, glass or bamboo cups.

Those undergoing the therapy can choose dry cupping or wet. For wet cupping, small incisions are made into the skin to draw blood which continues to flow once the suction is applied to the area.

The therapy often leaves red circular marks which can take between ten days to one month to disappear from the skin. Brooklyn tagged the therapist who delivered his treatment as Detox by Rebecca, a spa in Beverly Hills, California. The clinic is said to be "the top choice" for a string of treatments.

On their website it states that they have treated the likes of Addison Rae, model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Brooklyn's wife Nicola as well as his ex-girlfriend, Chloe Grace Moretz. From Brookyln's upload, it appeared that he decided to have dry cupping as no blood was shown in his image.

Celebs including Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and Gemma Collins have previously been open about the therapy, with Brooklyn's mum, Spice Girls star Victoria Beckham also giving it a go in the past. Meanwhile, during a chat with Seth Myers, Brooklyn spoke openly about various things he's tried and explained that he had eaten cod sperm.

"Oh, yeah. Yeah, yeah," Seth Meyers giggled when he agreed that the dish was strange. But it appears that the taste for the odd choice of food runs in the Beckham family, with David also experimenting with it in the past. It's said the dish has a soft, creamy texture while tasting sweet, with comparisons being made to pork brains.

After Josh said it must have been his toughest taste test, Brooklyn confessed he still has more weird options to try. He confessed he is keen to try eating raw chicken, explaining to the brothers that it is a Japanese delicacy. The dish sees patrons eat "clean and fresh" raw meat. "They serve it to you like sashimi," Brooklyn said.
