Chris Evans ends his impeccable image for a disheveled transformation that leaves him almost unrecognizable

Chris Evans has unveiled a striking new appearance while promoting his upcoming action-comedy film, Red One, in London. Known for his clean-cut image, the 43-year-old actor surprised fans with longer, dark hair reaching his ears, a full beard and round glasses, making him nearly unrecognizable.

He attended the photo call at Potters Field Park alongside co-stars Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Lucy Liu, dressed in a denim jacket over a black T-shirt, black pants, and dress shoes.

Red One, directed by Jake Kasdan, is a holiday-themed action-adventure film that reimagines classic Christmas mythology.

Evans stars alongside Johnson, with the duo embarking on a globe-trotting mission to save Christmas after Santa Claus is kidnapped.

The film also features Lucy Liu, Kiernan Shipka, Bonnie Hunt, Nick Kroll and J.K. Simmons. Scheduled for release in December 2024, Red One aims to blend festive cheer with high-octane action, offering a fresh take on holiday films.

Baptista didn't attend the event

Evans' wife, actress Alba Baptista, was notably absent from the London event. The couple married in September 2023 in an intimate ceremony at their Boston home, attended by close family and friends, including several of Evans' Marvel co-stars.

Their relationship, which began in 2021, has been kept largely private, with the pair making their red carpet debut at the 2024 Vanity Fair Oscars after-party in March.

Despite their low-profile approach, Evans has expressed deep happiness and love, with sources noting that it was love at first sight for the couple.
