BEAUTY fans rejoice - as Coleen Rooney has finally revealed the secret to her glowing skin.
Many of us watched the 38-year-old on the recent series of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here and were left stunned by her gorgeous, barefaced skin.

Well now, luckily for us, the Scouse lass has shared the trick behind her flawless skin and ‘beautiful’ appearance - and don’t worry, you won’t need to break the bank on posh facials or expensive anti-ageing creams.
Instead, Coleen, who is married to footballing legend Wayne Rooney, 39, swears by three products from Applied Nutrition.
Posting on Instagram, the star revealed all to her 1.4 million followers and shared a short clip with the caption ‘I’ve had lots of really lovely messages about my skin whilst I was in the jungle and also lots of questions.
‘I thought it would be a bit easier to do a quick video to talk about what I was doing before the jungle and how @appliednutrition products have helped me’.

As part of a paid partnership with Applied Nutrition, a brand Coleen is an ambassador for, the mum-of-four shared the three products she couldn’t live without.
She beamed: “I just wanted to say thank you so much for all of the lovely comments about my skin while being in the jungle.

“I just add this to some water, but there is a non-flavoured one which I add to my coffee of a morning as well. But this is brilliant.”
What is Collagen?
- Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body and provides strength and structure to the skin and muscles
- It plays a significant role in maintaining skin elasticity and hydration
- As we age, collagen production decreases, leading to wrinkles, sagging skin and decreased skin firmness
- Collagen production starts to dwindle in our mid-to-late 20s and early 30s. By 40, it has dropped dramatically
It's important to note that while collagen-based skincare products may offer benefits, their effectiveness can hugely vary.
Some experts suggest that topical application of collagen may have limited effectiveness compared to other skincare ingredients that stimulate collagen production within the skin.

“So after the coming out party after the jungle, this was the first thing I reached for the next morning to give me hydration to get on the plane and travel home.
