Dave Coulier, beloved for his role as Joey Gladstone on "Full House," has revealed a difficult health battle. The 65-year-old actor has been diagnosed with stage 3 Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, a serious form of cancer that caught him off guard.
Coulier initially experienced symptoms from an upper respiratory infection, which led to severe swelling in his lymph nodes. Concerned, he sought medical attention.
Just days after the initial check-up, Coulier received the devastating call from his doctors. "They told me, 'We wish we had better news, but you have Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. It's B cell, and it's very aggressive,'" he shared in an interview with People.
Despite the tough diagnosis, Coulier remains hopeful and is preparing for the challenging journey ahead.

He initially noticed cold-like symptoms and mild swelling in his groin, which quickly escalated to the size of a golf ball within just five days. Concerned by the rapid growth, his doctors ordered scans and a biopsy, leading to the diagnosis of B-cell lymphoma, which Coulier described as "a very aggressive type."
Coulier said receiving the diagnosis felt like a "gut punch." Fortunately, when doctors examined his bone marrow to assess the stage of the cancer, they found that it hadn't spread.
