Model David Gandy has slammed an airline after his two-year-old daughter was forced to sit next to a total stranger on a long flight.
The 44-year-old model took to his X, formerly known as Twitter, page to lash out at British Airways about the shocking incident. It was revealed the flight was overbooked and his young daughter was forced to sit next to a complete stranger despite his complaints.
He was travelling back from Morocco and was annoyed to discover the airlines didn't take precautions to ensure his two-year-old was sitting next to him for the four-hour fllight. He penned: "Me: so @British_Airways you have oversold the flight. Seats allocated to us have disappeared and you think its ok for my 2 year old to be sat on her own next to a stranger? What if theres an emergency?
"BA: well nothing we can do so yes its ok. COME on BA you can do better than this." British Airways swiftly responded and said: "Hi, please send us your booking reference via DM along with as much information as possible so we can take a closer look. We'll also need you to confirm your full name and contact details. We may need to ask you a few more questions for data protection."

The model previously opened up about his younger years and claimed he struggled to get a date because of his looks. Speaking to Alan Carr on his Life's a Beach podcast, he said: ''They were not my good years.' I think you have a different impression, I grew out and then up so I wasn’t in my best fighting fit form.'
The comic appeared to revel in David's omission as he probed: "You were minging," to which he replied "Not far off" leaving them both in hysterics. But clearly his looks quickly stopped being a problem as he he stepped into the spotlight before being snapped up by top modelling agency Select.
And his career elevated to the next level when he appeared in now infamous Dolce & Gabbana ad campaign wearing just tight white underpants. The handsome model had his image plastered over a 50-foot billboard in Time Square, New York, in his underwear but unfortunately was too busy working to go and see it.
