Davina McCall has bravely opened up about her recent brain surgery.
In an intimate video update to her fans from the comfort of her own bed, the fitness fanatic and TV star described the ordeal as "bad" but expressed gratitude for being at home, cared for by her partner Michael and stepmum.
Despite facing challenges with short-term memory loss post-surgery, the charismatic presenter remains resolute, saying it's something she can "work on it". The Masked Singer judge recently underwent a procedure to remove a non-cancerous 14mm brain tumour, an alarming diagnosis she stumbled upon after a health scan while working on a menopause talk.

In her Instagram post, Davina shared: "Hi, I just thought I'd check in! A heartfelt thank to everyone who has messaged me or been in touch. It's meant the world. It's been bad."
She continued her recovery story with optimism: "It's just really nice to be back home. I'm on the other side. My short term memory is a bit remiss. But that is something that I can work on so I'm really happy about that. I'm writing everything I'm doing to keep myself feeling safe."
With love and appreciation, she also gave a merit badge to unsung heroes like her stepmum Gabby McCall, acknowledging her lifelong support: "I'm being brilliantly looked after by Michael and my mum. I'd quickly like to say big up the stepmums - I don't really say thank you to Gabby [McCall] enough. She's been an amazing rock my whole life," reports the Mirror.
"When something like this happens I just feel so grateful. I've always been grateful, I've always been lucky in my life." An emotional Davina added: "I feel unbelievably grateful in my life right now, so thanks for everything. I'm on the mend, I'm resting, I'm sleeping loads and I feel really good.
