Doechii season continues with the rapper’s latest Game On campaign. The Top Dawg Entertainment signee is the face of the Major League Soccer league, as it enters its 30th season. Reflecting on the relentless energy and momentum of MLS and its unique community, the Florida native, known for boundary-pushing creativity, fits right in.

It also returns the 26-year-old to her childhood as she formerly played the sport in her youth. The league recognizes Doechii’s authentic connection to soccer and with the campaign highlights how music, culture, and sports seamlessly intertwine to create a dynamic cultural force.

“At MLS, the fan’s emotion is at the heart of everything. The excitement is palpable, the momentum unstoppable, and the quality undeniable – this is MLS’ energy. “The new ‘Game On’ campaign reflects our brand: our energy, entertainment, momentum, and welcoming spirit. Working with Doechii on this campaign is a perfect match, making this collaboration a true celebration of our shared energy,” reads a statement from the league.

The ad will premiere in markets around the country on Super Bowl Sunday. The spots will also run throughout the year on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV + and on linear partner networks FOX, TSN, and RDS, the league’s digital and social channels, and other distribution points.

Game On is the latest chapter of MLS’ “Our Soccer” campaign platform with past stars including 2 Chainz, Miguel, and TOKiMONSTA.

In addition to leading the MLS campaign, Doechii is up for the first Grammy awards of her career. This Sunday (Feb. 2), she is looking to take home Best New Artist, Best Rap Performance for “Nissan Altima,” and Best Rap Album for her mixtape Alligator Bites Never Heal.

She will also perform at the annual event hosted by Trevor Noah.
