Dr. Terry Dubrow Thinks Brandi Glanville May Need Facial Surgery

Brandi Glanville is still searching for a treatment plan. But she may be one step close after accepting Dr. Terry Dubrow’s offer to help. The Botched doctor is doing what he does best, which is helping patients that feel they have no other option.

In Brandi’s case, she has yet to confirm a diagnosis for what is happening to her facial tissue despite spending time and “over $70,000” on tests and doctor visits.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum recently shared a shocking photo of her face that went viral. Brandi thinks she has a parasite, but Terry has a different theory. The two Bravolebrities spoke over the weekend and are coming up with a plan of action.

Terry told TMZ of the conversation he had with Brandi. First and foremost, he wanted to validate her feelings and listen to her grievances and concerns. Finally, Terry discussed the potential next steps.

Brandi plans to visit Terry this week at his office in Los Angeles. He wants to take a sample of facial tissue for further testing. This would require an invasive procedure. In a previous conversation with TMZ, the doctor suggested Brandi is suffering from “an infectious process or a foreign body reaction to something she’s had injected.”

“There are these two kinds of microorganisms, one’s called a Microbacterium and the other is called a fungus, and they can be very difficult to treat and could take six to 12 months of antibiotics to treat,” he continued.

If Terry’s theory is correct, it would explain why the previous course of steroids, antibiotics and antiviral medication didn’t help.

The RHOBH star needs to act fast. He is concerned that the potential microorganisms are a “ticking time bomb.”

“Every minute the microorganism is allowed to stay in her skin and do potential damage she could suffer worse for it. It could be more difficult to treat and she could form more scars and more nodules,” Terry previously stated.

Emotions are running high for Brandi, who, understandably, wants her health back. She told Terry that she wants to regain her looks. And that she has only a few years left “to look hot.”
