This recipe is set to win over family and friends thanks to its deliciously moreish taste. The bake comes from Camp Coffee and is a treat to be enjoyed.
According to Camp Coffee's website, it reads: "A classic treat with a coffee twist. Perfect for getting the whole family baking!"
The recipe makes 25 biscuits with a measurement of four inches per one and is described as easy by the website.
Even better it only takes 15 minutes to prepare with a 30-minute resting time. Meanwhile, it just takes 10 minutes to cook.

How to make coffee and gingerbread biscuits recipe:
Ingredients:
- Two tbsp (30ml) Camp Coffee
- 175g (6oz) butter
- 175g (6oz) light muscovado sugar
- Two eggs, beaten
- 450g (1lb) plain flour
- Two tsp baking powder
- One tbsp ground ginger
- One tsp mixed spice

Method:
Firstly, preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/gas mark four.
Cream the butter and sugar together, add the coffee then gradually add the beaten eggs. Sift the flour, baking powder, ground ginger and mixed spice, then fold into the egg mixture.
Turn out of the bowl and knead for five minutes. Wrap in cling film and rest for 30 minutes. Next, place dough between greaseproof paper and roll out, then cut into your desired shapes.
Bake on a tray in the oven for 10 minutes, then remove and place onto a cooling rack. Finally, get your creative juices flowing and decorate as desired.
