Diddy’s federal indictment just got a big update.
On Thursday, TMZ reported that federal prosecutors added two new victims to their case against Sean Combs, as well as accusing him of conducting his alleged crimes for even longer than they initially believed. Jeez.
In the new filing, known as a superseding indictment, the feds added “Victim-2” and “Victim-3” to the case, both of whom were noted to be woman. They previously only listed “Victim-1” in the original indictment, who was later revealed to be Puff Daddy’s ex Cassie Ventura since his own attorneys connected her to the previously released hotel security footage.

According to the feds, Diddy allegedly transported all three of these women to “engage in prostitution” — which is one of the charges he was already facing. They didn’t describe his relation to the new victims — though his lawyers did. We’ll get to that in a minute.
What the feds did claim is that the rapper “provided the victims with, among other things, monetary payments, career opportunities, and payment of rent and housing expenses.”
They also upped his racketeering conspiracy charge, alleging he ran the criminal enterprise from 2004 to 2024 — that’s an extension of FOUR YEARS! They previously claimed he started the crime in 2008.
So, what does the Last Night artist have to say about all this?? His lawyer Marc Agnifilo hit back at the claims, per TMZ, while also clarifying how Diddy connects to these two alleged victims. He said:
“The latest Indictment contains no new offenses. The prosecution’s theory remains flawed. The government has added the ridiculous theory that two of Mr. Combs’ former girlfriends were not girlfriends at all but were prostitutes. Mr. Combs is as committed as ever to fighting these charges and winning at trial.”
So, they were his girlfriends. But which ones??
Right now, authorities are keeping that information quiet. Throughout the years of these alleged crimes, he was linked to high-profile stars like the late Kim Porter, Cameron Diaz, Lori Harvey, Yung Miami, Gina Huynh, Dana Tran, and others. But there are other more anonymous exes who have spoken out about him, too, so it could be anyone at this point. We’re sure lots more will come to light as he nears his trail in May…
