Strictly Come Dancing favourites, Sarah Hadland, Shayne Ward and Montell Douglas are set to grace the dance floor once again in the new year for the BBC show's live tour.

The trio, who have showcased their moves in the latest series of the dance competition, are the first celebrities confirmed for the series of shows scheduled from January 17 to February 9.

The arena tour will kick off in Birmingham before heading to Sheffield, Newcastle, Glasgow, Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester and Nottingham, culminating with the final performances at London's O2 Arena.

Actress Sarah, currently paired with reigning champion Vito Coppola on the BBC series, expressed her excitement about joining the tour, having thoroughly enjoyed her time on the show.

The Miranda star shared top spot on the Strictly leaderboard in Blackpool over the weekend alongside Love Island's Tasha Ghouri, both achieving an impressive score of 39 points, reports the Mirror.

"After the amazing experience of performing in Blackpool at the weekend, I'm delighted that I'll be able to continue this fabulous journey on the tour in 2025", Sarah added.

Olympic athlete Montell Douglas, who has been lighting up the Strictly dance floor with professional Johannes Radebe this series, said she "can't wait" to share the "incredible" Strictly experience with audiences across the UK.

She further added: "Strictly fans on tour are you ready? I'm beyond excited to be joining the live tour. I've heard amazing things about audiences all over the country. Bring on January."

Former X Factor champion Shayne, who exited the show alongside his dance partner Nancy Xu just shy of Blackpool week, expressed his excitement about hitting the road, saying he is "buzzing" to start the tour.

The actor and musician remarked: "I've sung in many of the venues before, so I know the amazing atmosphere that the arena audiences bring. I'm looking forward to seeing all the fans there."

Joining the celebrities on the tour will be the Strictly judges - Shirley Ballas, Anton Du Beke, Craig Revel Horwood and, for her inaugural tour appearance, Motsi Mabuse, who will offer their professional critiques and scores on the performances. Janette Manrara, the It Takes Two presenter, will once again take up the role of host for this touring spectacle.

This tour offers fans across the nation the opportunity to experience the show's razzle-dazzle live on stage in their own locale.
