While Black Friday is undoubtedly an excellent week of the year to shop for Christmas presents, it's also a good time to stock up on essentials – and for me, that means some of the wellbeing products I swear by to keep feeling my best, especially over the busy winter period.
I'm not claiming to always be the model of health over Christmas (plenty of cheese and wine will definitely be consumed), but below are five supplements, tools and treats that I use or take all year round, that I swear really work at making me feel ever so slightly healthier – and they're all currently reduced in Black Friday sales. (Of course, remember that not all supplements are suitable for everyone; these are just ones that work for me. Always do your research before taking them, and consult a medical professional if you're unsure.)

Magnesium supplements
INNOPURE Magnesium Glycinate 90 Capsules, was £12.99, now £8.98 from Amazon
Image:
Amazon)I bought these after hearing influencer Jamie Genevieve talk about how much they had helped her sleep quality, and while it could well be a placebo effect, I really do think they make a different. I take one capsule about an hour before bed, and I swear I drop off to sleep easier, and wake up feeling less tired.
Magnesium glycinate is reported to potentially help with sleep regularity, low energy and maintaining a regular circadian rhythm.
Electrolyte power
Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier 16 Sachets, was £19.99, now £13.29 from Amazon
Image:
Amazon)In a bid to cut down on my coffee consumption, I've swapped my 7am cup of joe for a pint of water with one of these electrolyte powder mixes in it, and I've really noticed a difference: I'm more alert in the morning and don't get that mid-morning slump, and I feel like I'm getting my body off to a good start.
I've tried lots of different brands of electrolyte drinks but Liquid I.V.'s are the nicest tasting; not too sweet nor too salty. They usually work out at just over £1 a serving, so this 34% off Black Friday deal is a great offer.
Collagen supplements
Vida Glow Natural Marine Collagen 30 Sachets, was £39, now £29.25 from Vida Glow
Image:
Vida Glow)Collagen supplements are one of things I'm asked about most as a beauty editor, mainly 'Do they really work?' Opinions are still divided but lots of skincare professionals I know do really rate them, and so I'm trying to keep my collagen banks stocked up by taking these supplements daily.
Marine collagen is widely regarded as being the most effectively, and Vida Glow's powders – which come in a number of flavours – are the favourite with beauty editors (I mix mine into my morning electrolyte drink). Most collagen supplements are quite pricey, which is why this 25% off sitewide sale at Vida Glow is well worth shopping.
LED mask
CurrentBody Series 2 Special LED Kit, was £479, now £459 from CurrentBody
Image:
Laura Mulley)While mainly known for their effects on the skin, there is some evidence than LED light therapy has wellbeing benefits too, and they're another thing that I get asked about all the time. One of the most popular home models, CurrentBody's, has now had an upgrade to be even more effective and comfortable to wear (I've tried it), and it's available to buy in this reduced-price bundle this Black Friday, as well as individually for £399.

Essential oil diffuser
NEOM Real Luxury Waterless Pod Mini Starter Pack, was £77, now £57.75 from NEOM
Image:
NEOM)A gorgeous treat and a great Christmas gift, NEOM's oil diffusers will make your home smell like a spa, and there are a number of different aromatherapy oils to choose from, each with a different benefit.
NEOM does a number of different sizes and designs of diffuser but this one is the cheapest – and currently has 25% off.
