GEMMA Collins has revealed blue light medics rushed to help her fiancé Rami Hawash after he suddenly took ill.
An ambulance was called to treat the 50-year-old businessman.
Gemma shared a snap of two paramedics in the living room.
Rami could be seen on sofa being hooked up to a machine.
Gemma wrote: "Thank you to the amazing ambulance service who came for Rami last night.
"Thankfully he will be OK."

Former Towie star Gemma got engaged to Rami for the third time after he proposed during their idyllic Maldives getaway in February.
Just hours before having to call for an ambulance, Gemma had shared sweet snaps of her enjoying the festive period with her partner.
Signing off from Instagram until 2025, Gemma wrote: "Merry Christmas to ALL and a HAPPY NEW YEAR.
"I am on holidays now but wishing you all happiness JOY and lots of trifle!!!!
"Before the diet starts January he he. I will see you all at some point in JANUARY, love GC x."
However she returned to social media today to tell fans about Rami's medical emergency.
The reason behind his brush with ill health has yet to be revealed.
