Gisele Bundchen's first Instagram post since revealing she was pregnant last month left some of her fans inspired, but also worried.
The 44-year-old is pregnant with her third child, but first with boyfriend Joaquim Valente, who she began seeing following her divorce from NFL great Tom Brady.
While Bundchen has tried to keep a low-profile in recent months, she uploaded a post to her Instagram page in which she is seen sitting with an ivory coffee mug near her home in Florida.
"There's no guide to life, no perfect roadmap to follow," Bundchen wrote while wearing all beige.
"But remember everything you are, is a choice! To feel good, to be healthy and to cultivate a positive mindset are daily choices that only you can commit to.
"Each day presents the opportunity to choose habits that nourish your body, uplift your spirit, and guide you toward the life you truly want to live."
Why some fans were worried
While the post could be viewed as inspirational to some, there were fans who were concerned given Gisele was holding on to a book about the death of a parent.
"Gisele, are you OK? The book is very sad," wrote one follower, with another adding: "I am worried."
Nevertheless, plenty of fans showed support for Bundchen as she prepares to become a mother for the third time.
"Undoubtedly. It's up to us to sow everything that can bloom, generate beauty, good things and goodness!," wrote a follower, and another added,"Stunning photo of you and nature..so raw and perfectly natural."
"Our precious Gisele! We all love you!" wrote another follower.
As for how Gisele's pregnancy is going, DailyMail.com shed light on what the Brazilian has been craving.
"She is craving a lot of the same dishes she used to eat when growing up in Brazil like grilled ribeye with chimichurri and saut?ed greens," a source told the outlet.
"So Gisele is cooking those dishes at home with her kids. A lot of people don't know this about Gisele, but she is a great cook, she does it with ease and her meals are incredible. She uses a lot of fresh vegetables with spices."
