Earlier this week, Holmes was photographed in one such instance, arriving in a rush at the Barrymore Theater, on Broadway, where she's performing in the new production of "Our Town."

Her shoes were cream-colored ballet flats and her bag was a red Tod's purse that provided her look with a kick of color and personality.
