GK Barry has unveiled how I'm A Celebrity stars can smoke – and it's not great.

Podcast host GK Barry, whose real name is Grace Keeling, 25, is settling back into her routine after she starred in the latest series of the ITV reality show earlier this month. The star was given the boot from camp just two days before the final, walking out together with Corrie star Alan Halsall.

Now, back in the UK after her stint down under, Grace has spilled the beans on some of the secrets behind the scenes of the show. This includes how smokers are able to get their fix for nicotine.

Speaking on her Saving Grace podcast, Grace kept things within the family as she had no guests on for the latest edition of her show. Instead, the star was seen sitting on a luxurious sofa speaking directly to the camera, clutching at the microphone as she revealed all.

"You can smoke if you're in the jungle," Grace revealed, before going into detail on how celebs hide from the cameras. "But you have to go one at a time and you have to stand with a security guard - in the middle of the jungle.

"So it's not really the same vibe as outside Freedom on a Saturday night, it's kind of depressing," she added. "You feel like you're killing the planet; it feels morally wrong to smoke in the jungle."

However, despite her concerns for the environment, Grace said that she began to bond with the security guards that were escorting the famous faces in and out of camp. She went on to describe the group of guards as "absolutely lovely", before giving a shout out to two of her favourites - Michael and Matt.

Elsewhere, Grace also revealed where campmates get their wood to keep the fire going throughout the day. As she admitted her job was to gather wood for the fire, Grace said that she had to go quite far from camp in order to get the vital jungle resource, including having to wade through a lake in waterproof boots.

"I would fill this sack up with like, eight bits of wood and shove it over my back," she explained. "I would climb back uphill to the camp; I got so fit, I think that's why I lost so much weight - I looked like Jessica Ennis when I came out of the jungle, an Olympian."

She also heaped praise on fellow campmate Alan, who would often go with Grace in order to get the firewood and reduce the number of trips. Grace then went on to slam ITV producers for not "showing Alan's true personality", branding him one of the funniest people she had met her in her life.

Since leaving the jungle, Grace has admitted she would be looking to get a tattoo to commemorate her jungle experience, together with actor and good pal Alan. When asked what design she would get, she joked she would get a Huntsman spider, a staple of the I'm A Celebrity cast.
