Great British Bake Off's naughtiest episode ever with innuendos every 35 seconds

2 weeks ago 3

Great British Bake Off turned filthy with their rudest ever episode.

During a recent episode [5 November] of the normally PG cooking competition, host Noel Fielding was forced to remind this year’s bakers that GBBO is a “family show” after one segment featured an innuendo every 35 seconds.

The contestants couldn’t stop laughing as Noel and co-host Alison Hammond announced that the bakers’ technical challenge would be to make spotted dick, a traditional British steamed pudding made with dried fruit and served with custard.

Alison had countless innuendos in her arsenal throughout the nine minute segment of the show, which started with: “You have two and a half hours to get your dicks ready!”

Someone else quipped that they’d “never seen a spotted dick” and “never tried one” before, as another competitor joked: “My boyfriend told me that spotted dick is very nice.”

“I know what a spotted dick is but it’s something that I would make a pass on,” revealed another contestant while a second cheekily demanded: “I need a finger, that’s what I have a husband for. It’s his only use,” as they tied a piece of string.

Sumayah was sadly voted off the show, but not before her fellow contestants reminded her that she should “never cry over dick” after she presented an underbaked dessert.

Clearly downtrodden, Sumayah explained: “After such a rough week it wasn’t a surprise - I had a good cry. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t want to make it any further, but it was all so worth it!”

In recent GBBO news, judge Prue Leith has pointed out that the camera operators always focus in on her when she’s chewing and avoid Paul Hollywood altogether. She also blamed the cameras for “unflattering” lighting while in the Bake Off tent.

She said: “I just think: ‘Oh my god, why do they always have me eating?’ and never Paul. Paul gets the sort of good stare and he looks fantastic, but you don’t see Paul putting much food in his mouth.”
