Helen Flanagan has made a bold claim for who she feels will be crowned this year's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here winner.
The former Coronation Street star, 34, knows what it takes to be a success in the jungle having been a contestant in 2012. While she was best known for her screaming antics during trials, Helen has confessed to which star she is "backing all the way".
The actress has revealed she is fully behind former co-star Alan Halsall, who she starred alongside on the Corrie cobbles. She labelled him "very grounded" as she opened up on why she thinks he'll succeed.
Speaking to OK!, Helen said: "I’ve known Alan since I was on it myself, and I think he’ll do really well. He’s very grounded, he’s got a lot about him and he’s good looking, so he’ll do really well in the jungle."
After finishing seventh in her stint, Helen revealed Alan hadn't asked for her advice before making his way into camp. "He didn’t come to me for any advice, probably because I didn’t do very well!," she joked.
But she did give this year's contestants a tip as she revealed the worst thing to do is go in with the mentality it's going to be easy. She confessed this was her mistake, before admitting: "I was so wrong."
Before going into the jungle, Alan shared his strange phobias. Despite many celebrities sharing their worries over being faced with creepy crawlies or heights, Alan explained he is scared of bacon and fish. In his unusual confession, Alan said biggest fear in the jungle would be having to eat bacon. He also confessed to have never eaten fish.
As the first signs of tension started showing at the weekend, Ant McPartlin accused Alan of being 'passive aggressive' in his clash with Dean McCullough. The BBC Radio 1 presenter and his Corrie star campmate had a heated exchange over how the actor had handled waking him up.

Dec said: “Can we talk about the first little bit of tension in the camp,” to which Ant replied: “What would you have done, would you have kicked off? Alan was kind of OK about it, but he had a little bit of passive aggressiveness back as well, didn’t he?” But Ant added of Dean’s outburst: “I wouldn’t stand for any of that… I would be like ‘shut-up’.”
The comments came after Dean had taken a nap. He was later awoken by Alan telling him he needed to do his chore of collecting firewood alongside Loose Women panellist Jane Moore. However, when a a sleepy Dean hardly stirred, Alan asked him: "You don't fancy it? No?" Alan then went to help out Jane himself as camp rules state she was not allowed to do it by herself.
