Google has finally rolled out a brand new editing feature that allows users to flip their mission images just by following a few steps. Previously, the users were supposed to get a third-party application to use the flip feature.
But now, the users can do the same from the official Google Photos application. Until now, Google Photos has provided some of the best editing options including unblur, camouflage, move objects, ability to erase, and even transform an image. The feature has been announced by Google via a support page and the same can used to make the images look natural and fix mirror selfies. Moving forward in this article, we will understand how the flip images feature works in the Google Photos app.
How to flip images in the Google Photos application?
- First things first, you need to download the latest version of the Google Photos application on your device.
- Open the Google Photos app after that and then head to the image that you want to edit.
- After that, tap on the Edit icon and then tap the Crop button available at the bottom of the page.
- Once done with that, tap the Flip icon available next to the Rotate icon.
- Then click on the Save a Copy button at the bottom right of the page.
Now, Google confirmed that the feature is being rolled out for all Android smartphones. However, the availability could vary by region. Apart from that, there is no confirmation related to the launch of the feature for the iOS version of Google Photos.
