Taking to social media recently, Coleen told fans that she was "anxious" about leaving her children but had "prepped" for her temporary time abroad. She said: "I am really anxious about leaving the kids, that's my biggest thing. For weeks and months that's been on my mind. But I've come to terms with it. I've planned and prepped. I've got an army of people - family, friends, school friends - all helping out with the kids. So they are going to be fine, they'll probably have a great time."

She went on to reveal that she had left instructions and timetables on two double-sided whiteboards in her home. She told viewers: "I've prepped, as you can see behind me. That is like literally front and back four weeks of just timetables, football runs, parties. Just everything."

Then showing the letters and teddies on the table, she added: "And before I wrote them all a little card each to open when they come home from school tomorrow and a little teddy to keep so that they know I am constantly thinking of them."

Coleen also spoke about signing up for I'm A Celebrity, saying: "I've just always said 'no' or put it off, because kids have been young, and I've had a lot on. [This year] I just thought 'do you know what? I quite fancy doing it'. I would like to experience it, something different, do something for myself [and] meet new people."
