I'm A Celebrity chaos as medics rush in to help 'horrified' campmate in unaired scenes

2 hours ago 3

I'm A Celebrity took a terrifying turn for one campmate who needed medical assistance.

Medics were forced to rush in to help Tulisa, 36, during the latest Bushtucker Trial in scenes that were cut from the final edit. The N-Dubz singer took on the Shock Around The Clock trial on Wednesday (November 27), her first solo challenge in the jungle.

To win meals for camp, Tulisa was tasked with naming 12 things that fit into a particular category within 60 seconds, all the while she was spun around on a clock and doused with insects. But at one point, she feared a bug had managed to bury itself into her ear.

The singer had to stop the trial as medics came to help her, but the tense moment didn't air on the episode. A source claimed that producers decided to leave out Tulisa's blunder.

The singer feared a bug had gotten into her ear during the trial

A source told The Sun: "Mid-way through the trial the show medics rushed in to help. Tulisa was convinced something was in her ear - she wasn't sure if it was a cockroach, cricket or fly - and had to have a syringe wash. She carried on after that but she was horrified."

After getting the most votes from the public, Tulisa vowed to do her best in her first camp trial in front of hosts Ant and Dec. The duo told her she would be strapped into a box that resembled a hand on a giant clock, which would be rotated around the clock face.

Tulisa bagged five out of 12 stars for camp

Tulisa cried: "Just get it over with!" as the insects were poured over her during the trial. She managed to bag five of the 12 stars up for grabs.

Admitting she struggled during the trial, she said: "When I was in there my brain just wouldn't function, it just went blank, I was just trying to survive." Her words came as she also had to apologise during the trial for forgetting the names of her fellow campmates - seemingly drawing a blank when it came to Coleen Rooney and Melvin Odoom.
