The former Bray home of the late singer Sinéad O’Connor is back on the market.
The property was originally bought by the Nothing Compares to You singer in 2007, and while she almost sold it in 2017, the deal fell through, and she held on to the home until 2021.
Agents HJ Byrne, in Bray, confirmed the property is back on the market to Independent.ie, and it is listed on their website.
The six bedroom, four bathroom home has been listed with an asking price of €1,295,000.
Plans to convert the building into apartments were refused by An Bord Pleanala, and the Strand Road house dates back to the 1860s boasting stunning sea views.

The double-fronted Victorian house had some unique additions made to it by the singer and musician, including murals, stain glass windows and brightly painted quoin stones on the front.
However, she also kept the home true to its beautiful original features.
Sinead kept many of its original features, including fireplaces in three of the bedrooms, staircase, detailed cornicing and window shutters.
"This most impressive mid 19th century residence was once the former home to renowned Irish Grammy Award winning singing legend, Sinead OConnor," reads the listing.
"Some of her quirky style is still evident in the house with a wonderful commissioned mural by Irish artist, Shane Keisuke Berkery filling two walls of the primary suite. Montebello boasts uninterrupted views from Bray Head to the south to Killiney and Dalkey Island to the north both equally exquisite."
"The Irish Sea in front creates a vista that is both serene yet ever changing from sunrise to sunset. The area is renowned amongst those who frequent the picturesque coastal town of Bray, the perfect place for a quick swim, numerous water sports or just to sit back and relax on the beach and take it all in."
