Is An Anonymous Source Responsible For Whitney Rose’s Alibaba Jewelry Leak On RHOSLC?

Did the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City‘s Whitney Rose/Alibaba jewelry story get leaked by an anonymous source that can’t be linked to anyone on the show? Is the season 5 whodunit all a big nothingburger?

Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills personality Dana Wilkey and YouTube’s Up And Adam‘s Adam Newell are believed to know the source of the Alibaba jewelry leak. But, it seems the leak could be a random Bravo TV fan, rather than a cast member on RHOSLC as the show has led fans to believe.

Here’s what we know so far:

On January 5th, the Instagram account @not_reasonable_just_shady received a DM from one of their followers. An anonymous account DMed @not_reasonable_just_shady claiming that Whitney’s jewelry was the same as images used on AliExpress.

The leak “did not come from who you expected it to.”

@not_reasonable_just_shady posted the photos and tagged Bravo TV. The account says Whitney saw their IG story.

Fast forward to February 19th. Dana Wilkey posted about Whitney’s jewelry scandal on her Patreon. Allegedly, Dana wasn’t the first to come out with the Alibaba jewelry story, nor did the leaked allegations come from Dana. “There is no housewife or anybody on the cast or crew that messaged Dana Wilkey and told her this information.”

“Dana found out from the post, just like Whitney Rose did.”

Let’s talk about the Up and Adam of it all:

Not Reasonable Just Shady called out the popular YouTuber for being not being honest during his stint on RHOSLC. The account said he lied about the source of the leak.

Bravo TV viewers saw Whitney riding in the passenger seat as her husband drove. An audio clip of ‘Adam – podcaster’ from that commute exposed a series of yes and no questions as to who went public with the accusation Whitney sources her jewelry from Alibaba.

Seemingly, the leaker owns an alcohol company … but that wasn’t what was said. According to Adam, the conversation heard on the show was, in fact, two different conversations edited together.

In the clip below, Adam explains that Dana was not the person he was referring to when he said the leaker owned a liquor company. Since the episode he was on aired, he’s maintained that Bravo ‘frankenedited‘ this conversation with Whitney.
