Ivanka Trump is sticking to her fitness goals!
President Trump’s eldest daughter showed off her toned abs in a new gym selfie shared to X Sunday.
“Sticking to New Year’s resolutions isn’t easy—only 23% of people make it past the first week. [I’ve fallen into that category many, many times!]” she confessed in her caption.
“But every day is a new opportunity to show up and stay committed. Feeling stronger and more motivated as February begins—let’s keep going! 🦾 Strong body / Strong mind !”
For the workout session, Ivanka wore a white sports bra, blue athletic shorts and white sneakers.
The 43-year-old sported a couple of gym accessories, including black gloves and earbuds.
Ivanka appeared to go makeup-free and tied her blond tresses back.
She also flashed a smile as she appeared to take a break from lifting a 30-pound dumbbell.
A few fans took to the comments to praise Ivanka for sticking to her health and fitness regimen beyond January.
“Great way to start the year! Keep it up!” one fan wrote, while another added, “Discipline and consistency pays off!”
The first daughter appeared on the “Skinny Confidential” podcast in mid-January and dished on her wellness routine.

In addition to enjoying surfing, Ivanka said she also partakes in jiu-jitsu, which her daughter, Arabella, 13, got the whole family into.
“It is good for everyone,” the proud mom of three said. “It’s almost like a moving meditation because the movements are so micro. It’s like three-dimensional chess.”
Since the businesswoman said she’s “never been a gym person” she prefers to stay fit by participating in sports.
Ivanka’s trainer, Sandy Brockman, also spoke to the Daily Mail in October 2024 and shared the five exercises that stay in her client’s arsenal.
“The movements are always the same. They’re deadlifts, back squats, hinges, presses and pull-ups,” Brockman told the outlet.
The fitness coach also called Ivanka “wonderful” and “badass” for “just being herself and learning how to strength train.”
